ICC Building Valuation Data table. New construction square footage is valued with the ICC Building Valuation Data Tables (Building Official may adopt the latest edition annually). Other work over $19,000 uses the applicant-submitted total value of all construction work (building cost, finish work, painting, paving, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, fire protection and other pertinent work).
