BuildingPermitCost does not require an account and does not ask for personal information.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to us.

Browser storage. The site stores your light/dark theme choice and your recently visited pages (for search) in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data: pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not send it anything you type into a calculator. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.
